Tereva is a real estate investor, mom, wife, and the owner of Te Ohi Nui dance school. She strives to create a life she loves while giving back along the way.
She is passionate about helping people whether it's through assisting them in growing their wealth or helping them out of tough financial situations through purchasing distressed houses. With a background in accounting she prides herself on having the most accurate numbers in her deals and always acts with honesty & integrity. She continually invests in her education & growing her network to offer the best private money investment opportunities possible to her community.

Tereva is based in Maui, Hawaii, but works across Hawaii and the continental U.S. to help people invest in their future without the stress of extra work.

I STARTED REAL ESTATE
INVESTING BECAUSE
I wanted more time with my family, to be present with my daughter without having to ask permission, and to be in control of my schedule.
MY REASON
I have many reasons for why I do what I do, but first and foremost I want to create a legacy for my daughter. Alongside my daughter, I want to provide my friends, family, and community with opportunities to create wealth by showing them how to do it and proving that anything is possible.

Beyond the wealth building aspect of real estate investing, I also want to help to develop affordable housing options for local families and help locals get out of tough financial situations in hopes to build a brighter future for the community.
MY PASSION
Dance has been my life long passion and something that brings me joy. I started dancing professionally at 13 years old and haven't stopped since.

Being able to take control of my work life & schedule has allowed me to have my own studio, Te Ohi Nui, where I am able to continue to share about and teach 'Ori Tahiti.
